会社・団体等が招へいする場合には，会社・団体名及び役職名を記入の上，代表者印，役職印又は社印を押印してください(私印不可)。 When a company / organization etc. invites, please fill in the company / organization name and title name, and please stamp the representative seal, job title or company seal (I can not sign).
押印が困難な場合は，所属機関のしかるべき役職(部長，部門長，工場長等)の方が署名してください。 If imprinting is difficult, please sign appropriate job title (department manager, division chief, plant manager etc.) of the institution to which you belong.
外国籍者等で印鑑がない場合には，署名してください。 If there are no seal stamps with foreign nationalities etc, please sign.
