Hắn nói "đại diện cho VN" là tôi không đồng ý.

Bởi vì cái tập đoàn Vin của nó chưa bao giờ đại diện cho lợi ích của người Việt Nam cả.

Người VN không phải là tự ti, nếu không muốn nói là người VN "quá tự cao tự đại".

Những khẩu hiệu như "VN Vô địch" hay "Ngạo nghễ VN" và rất nhiều thứ tương tự liên tục được tung hô bởi hàng nhiều chục triệu người.

Thậm chí một thủ tướng chính phủ còn nói "cột điện mà có chân thì nó cũng chạy từ Mỹ về VN.

   Theo tôi thì thằng Quyết còi nó làm cướp nhiều hơn. Gã Vượng này bồi thường khá sòng phẳng và giải phóng mặt bằng nhanh.

  Đó là đứng về phương diện một số cá nhân những người bị giải phóng mặt bằng.

  Nhưng đứng về phương diện đất nước mà nói, thì tất cả lũ chúng nó đều là phường bán nước có môn bài.

   nhưng bạn nhìn kỹ lại những đám đất của Vượng lấy thế nào? Chủ yếu là đất thuộc nhà nước nhé bạn, đất sở hữu tư nhân rất ít vì vậy nó đền bù cho dân thì nhanh, còn phần lớn đất thuộc sở hữu nhà nước thì mua giá nào, tiền về đâu... có giời và chúng biết.

   vậy nên không thể nói Vượng bồi thường sòng phẳng được. Nói nó quá khôn và quá giỏi chạy chọt để đào được các dự án đất vàng thì chính xác hơn.

   à, mình nên chia làm 2 vậy:

  1/ Trên kia bạn Hùng nói đến "cướp đất": Tôi muốn hiểu từ "cướp đất" ở đây là liên quan đến cá nhân người bị mất đất như dân ở Thủ Thiêm.

  Đối với một vài cá nhân lẻ tẻ thì gã Vượng nó trả tiền bồi thường rất sòng phẳng. À hình như ở trường cấp 3 Trần Phú (cũ) thì mấy thày giáo cũ bị đuổi ra khỏi nhà mà không được bồi thường sòng phẳng.

  2/ Vượng nó chiếm những khu đất vàng với giá bằng cái hố xí. Cái này là bởi tại mấy ông quan nhà nước trình độ không đủ để tính toán lớp một thì phải.

  Nếu bàn kỹ, thì nói thật với bạn là cái bọn Vượng hay Quyết ngày hôm nay làm được việc này cũng là bởi do thời 1954, nhờ có đồng chí Bác "đuôi to" (vĩ đại) đã biến "đất đai sở hữu cá nhân" thành "sở hữu toàn dân".

  "Sở hữu toàn dân" là gì? -> Là "sở hữu thuộc kẻ có quyền lực"

  Mọi người hãy xem lại quyển sổ bìa đỏ nhé! Mọi người đang ở nhờ trên chính đất đai của mình đó thôi.

  Quyển sổ bìa đỏ không hề có chữ nào về "quyền sở hữu" của bạn.

  Nó vẫn đang thuộc sở hữu của người khác. Khi có một cái LỰC nào đó lớn hơn, thì bất cứ ai cũng bị đẩy ra khỏi nhà của chính mình.

Why is it so dry in The Middle East?

The map below shows the mean annual precipitation for the whole Earth. As can be seen on the map the yellow and brown colored regions mark the driest regions in the Sahara Desert in North Africa and the Middle East located east of Sahara.

Con người càng ngày càng như con sâu cái kiến. Con người hàng ngày tự nguyện chui vào một cái rọ toàn cầu một cách ngây thơ mà không hề biết.

OT (Operation technology) – “công nghệ vận hành” là những hệ thống bao gồm những phần mềm (software) và phần cứng (hardware) để điều khiển những dụng cụ trong thế giới vật lý. Ví dụ: Để điều khiển một cái máy giặt, bạn chỉ ấn một nút “start” (bắt đầu) rồi đợi đến lúc lấy quần áo đi phơi. Okie, cái máy giặt đã được điều khiển bằng hệ thống OT của nó.

IT (Information technology) -  “công nghệ thông tin” là một phổ khổng lồ những công nghệ để xử lý thông tin nó bao gồm những phần mềm (software) và phần cứng (hardware) và công nghệ liên lạc (communication technologies).

Trong thế giới truyền thống chỉ vài năm trước thôi, hai hệ thống OT và IT là riêng biệt. Nhưng ngay ngày hôm nay đã không còn ranh giới nữa.

Bạn ngồi bên United States vẫn có thể xem bố mẹ bạn đang xuống ruộng cấy lúa ở vùng quê chiêm trũng Hà Nam qua hệ thống camera do chính bạn lắp đặt.

Bạn ngồi tại bên United Kingdom vẫn có thể điều khiển đóng mở cái cổng nhà bạn ở Hải Phòng thông qua hệ thống mô-tơ (motor) do chính bạn lắp đặp.

Tất tần tật mọi thứ đều được đưa lên một cái gọi là “không gian điện não” – Cyber.

￮ Go riyō kanō waku o o tashikame kudasai.

* Go riyō ni saishite, okyaku-sama e go teikyō shite iru go riyō kanō-waku no han'i-nai de go riyō kudasai.

* Hei gyō kādo o fukusū-mai o-mochi no baai, kaku kādo ni wa sorezore go riyō kanō-waku no settei ga gozaimasuga, subete no kādo de go riyō itadakeru kingaku no gōkei wa, o-mochi no kādo settei-gaku no uchi de mottomo takai kingaku no han'i-nai to narimasu. 

Sudeni o-mochi no kādo de go riyō kanō waku o saidai made go riyō sa reta baai, sonohoka no kādo (konkai hakkō sa reta kādo mo fukumu) wa go riyō itadakemasen'node arakajime go ryōshō kudasai. 

Rōnkādo o o-mochi no baai wa, mottomo ōkī go riyō kanō-waku to rōnkādo no gassan-gaku matawa, o-mochi no kādo settei-gaku o gassan shita gaku no izureka hikui hō ga okyaku-sama no go riyō kanō-waku to narimasu.

*`Go riyō kanō-waku'`riboharai jisshitsu nenritsu'`kyasshingu jisshitsu nenritsu' wa, kādo no riyō jōkyō, kin'yū jōsei-tō ni yori henkō to naru baai ga gozaimasu.

* kanarazu jihitsu de sain shite kudasai.

 * Kādo rimen no go shomei ran (shiro tēpu bubun) ni bōrupen matawa yusei no sainpen nado de go hon'nin-sama no onamae o sain shite kudasai. 

* Sain no nai kādo wa go riyō itadakemasen.

￮ Jidō kōza furikae ni tsuite kādo no go riyō daikin wa maitsuki 2-nichi ni okyaku-sama ga shitei sa reta o shiharai kōza yori o hikiotoshi (jidō furikae) sa sete itadakimasu. 

Maitsuki matsujitsu made ni o kōza ni go yōi itadakimasu yō onegai mōshiagemasu.

kādo ni wa, kādo bangō nado ga kiroku sa reta jiki sutoraipu ga haitte imasu. 

Sumātofon, handobakku no jishaku bubun nado jiki no haitte iru mono ni chikadzukeru to, dēta ga sonshitsu shi, go riyō itadakenaku naru osore ga arimasunode go chūi kudasai.

○盗難・紛失について

○カード裏面にはサインをお忘れなく

*必ず自筆でサインしてください。

*カード裏面のご署名欄（白テープ部分）にボールペンまたは油性のサインペンなどでご本人さまのお名前をサインしてください。

*サインのないカードはご利用いただけません。

○自動口座振替についてカードのご利用代金は毎月2日にお客さまが指定されたお支払い口座よりお引き落とし（自動振替）させていただきます。

毎月末日までにお口座にご用意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

（2日が金融機関休業日の場合は、翌営業日となります）

○カードのお取り扱いについて

カードには、カード番号などが記録された磁気ストライプが入っています。

スマートフォン、ハンドバックの磁石部分など磁気の入っているものに近づけると、データが損失し、ご利用いただけなくなる恐れがありますのでご注意ください。
